This package contains all of the seven routines in this series. The introductions to kundalini yoga chakras and mantras are set aside as the first video files in the folder instead of being combined with each of the seven sets being repeated over and over.
All of the videos maintain the original aspect ratio / resolution and each of the seven sets feature the same chapter stops that are on the DVDs.

This is certainly beneficial for men with that issue, but I cannot stress enough how applicable the material is to all human interactions business, friendship, family. I tagged this video as Self Improvement rather than Dating for this reason, as the focus is much more on gaining happiness in general than on improving any dating techniques. Dr. Paul presents his Mind OS framework which greatly simplifies the elimination of external sources of stress and getting rid of negative thoughts, freeing up your mind to be constructive and happy.

Extensive diagram use provides an excellent means for visual learners to follow and recall the material later. Of particular use to me was a visual representation of personal boundaries. The diagrams present a crystal clear view of the concepts so that they can be applied without guesswork or uncertainty.

On a personal note this set of videos helped me tremendously in understanding the choices that had led to general dissatisfaction in my life. I took notes on each video and watched them at a comfortable pace to prevent overload. Im not going to say this video changed my life by just watching it. But I will say that this information greatly influenced decisions which have brought me significant happiness since.
