This package contains all of the seven routines in this series. The introductions to kundalini yoga chakras and mantras are set aside as the first video files in the folder instead of being combined with each of the seven sets being repeated over and over.
All of the videos maintain the original aspect ratio / resolution and each of the seven sets feature the same chapter stops that are on the DVDs.
